The group plans social meetings throughout the year, to be held at various locations. Nominally these will be the once per quarter, but please check the list below for specific dates and venues.
We intend to have speakers from various Transport related organisations such as Highways, Motorway Policing as well as talks by the Emergency Services and other Volunteer Organizations.
Everybody is welcome to these meetings whether a Group Member, Associate, friend or just if you are interested in finding out more about the group and IAM RoadSmart.
If any of you have ideas for speakers or subject matter, please let the committee know.
High Wycombe Group of Advanced Motorists to attend The Big Meet at The Walled Garden, West Wycombe on Sat 20th July.
We will have a couple of our members' interesting cars on display (Classic and Modern) together with video presentations and leaflets promoting the benefits of Advanced Driving and what the course entails.
Do please spread the word amongst family and friends. You may have an interesting vehicle of your own that you would like to show, or just wander round the displays. Come along and enjoy the show and support IAM RoadSmart – it would be great to see you there and meet some potential new members.
